The larva of Mealworm contains mainly :
55 to 65% of Protein
20 to 30% oil, rich in Omega 3, 6, 9

From the larva we can produce :

  • Pure wholemeal flour
  • Pure defatted flour
  • Pasta (wheat flour for example, plus a part of flour of tenebrion.
  • Energy bars (variable composition, inspired by commercial cereal bars or energy bars, but with an important contribution in Tenebrion protein.
  • Protein extracted from Tenebrion (for all uses, beverages, food supplements, especially the market of protein for athletes)
  • Tenebrion chips, flavored in different ways.
  • Savory cookies
  • Sweet cookies
  • Tenebrion oil (Can also be used in cosmetics)
